Since Raki is back in the Claymore scene in chapter 80, and the overwhelming discussion of people liking/disliking Raki, this thread here is for discussing the issue.
My own personal opinion is that I don't mind him, he was an interesting twist to the story, until he disappeared when he and Claire split up.
Now discuss away!!!
In the manga(and not in the anime) I liked him until the time-skip:darn, but right now I really don't know... If he'll start talking sh*t about protecting priscilla when he knows she's an AB then iI'll hate him 100%:mad.
It looks like he is being setup to fight the organization. Everyone wants to discuss if he can take an awakened being, but their forgetting that they aren't the only enemy. He should be able to take out the lower ranked claymores. Especially if they hesitate to attack a human.
In that respect he's greatly useful.
Useful for Isley, if he is still with him. If Raki has now become his own seperate group from the others, then it kinda is useful, because we still don't know what his intentions are yet.
And yes, I do know that he is looking for Claire, but is that really all he wants to do??

Raki is cool, I really liked him until the time-skip and I almost forgot him until the last chapter, his appearance was really pro, and it seems he got hardcorely good at fighting.
yes, especially now that he's a child molester. adds some much needed depth to his character. XD
of course I still like him... if I was happy to see that raki will protect priscilla.. xD
Raki has always been one of my favorite characters. He is great.

Young man who has been manipulated who can wield a claymore?? Very dangerous, way too dangerous. I wonder if he can take on an AB yet, since he took out that yoma pretty easily.
