Diablo 3 - Evil Is Back!

Damn i missed playing Diablo II; should be somewhere at home. I so want to play this new one..Hope they release it soon..

Guys, it appears the beta is "soon" upon us. Owners of famous diablo 3 fan sites and popular game sites have been invited to Blizzard HQ for world first look on Diablo 3 beta on 27th of July. That means two things: The beta will not be before that time (duh) and that hopefully it will start sometime this year. Also, there will be more features unveiled in this event.


Which means, go make a Blizz account, register any sort of CD-key in it, and make sure to sign up for the beta \o/

Besides, I didn't post here but I like the 'new' system of upgrading by runes - before it was weapons, now it is abilities <but I still don't get one point: does the feature still holds true to weapons, or they just replace the thing with weapons upgrading to abilities upgrading?> The short clips were cool, just pumped some adrenaline into me <believe me: the last MAJOR game played by me <major, because I don't count hearts or solitaire in window :p> was.. tadadam.. D2. Thats why I thought to myself: with D3 I will be back in business <at least for this one game - and no, I'm not going to go with review good or bad etc., I will definitely play it - whether its good or bad I will evaluate myself and from that will be: playing for hours <zombies mode on> or not xD>

They took gemming from th Diablo franchise and shoved it into WoW; now they're taking the "glyph system" from WoW and shoving it into Diablo.

Hm, so they ended up deciding to not pull an LK on Torchlight 2 (unlike what they did to AoC).

Apparently they never promised this year...they were just kinda working towards that, but the perfectionist that the blizzard people are known to be, I knew it was coming out this year. I wasn't even a bit surprised.

Can't wait to get my hands on the Barb though.

Dang, the Collector's Edition looks nice. I bet it's going to be so expensive though.

I bet it will be : ( But man, I've watched this cinematic and its so freakin' cool :wtf So the beginning of 2012 is the premier of D3 - is there any more info on actual date or just 'stat of 2012' or sth?

Here is more info about the CE and no, the release date has not been announced yet unfortunately.

Apparently, WoW players get a cool bonus for subscribing to the 12 month subscription plan. They get D3 for FREE, a Tyriel's charger mount (that scales) for their wow toons, and a guaranteed beta key for "Mists of Pandaria". The deadline was on the 18th of October though, so we can't opt-in for it anymore.

More updates and apparently there is a rumor going around that the game will be out on Jan. 17th though not the year.

I wouldn't hold my breath. The SC2 beta took forever, and blizz is notorious for pushing release dates further back, just to ensure sales.
