Coverstory: "Divine Punishment" Caribou's boat gets caught in a storm in middle of ocean.
First, bad news guys... OP on break next week.
The gas is spreading all over building B, and 10 min left till it fills up.
Zoro is running, carrying Tashigi who nearly fainted.
She's totally embarassed, screaming like a girl until she notices Zoro's Shusui (she's a katana fan afterall)
Building B third floor
Nami creates "Milky Balls" to block the path of children running to Mocha.
Robin uses Cien Fluer Dos Mano, and Chopper uses sedatives to bring down the kids.
Some of the kids gets past them, and tries to take the candies away from Mocha.
In desparate attempt, Mocha eats all the cadies herself!
Flashback to conversation Mocha had with Chopper.
He tells her about he experiments, and that the kids aren't really sick.
The candies are poisonous to them, and if they don't stop eating them, they'll all die before they grow up.
Mocha recalls talking with the kids about what they want to be when they grow up...
They promised each other they'll go out in the ocean when they turn 20.
She's utterly crushed hearing that they won't be able to grow up, and they'll die before reaching that age.
After a long conversation, Chopper assures her that his captain is a man who will become the Pirate King, and he will save them.
And to not let any other children have any more candies.
Back in present time.
Mocha is spewing blood and in pain after consuming all the candies.
Chopper is in tears telling the kids what the candies are, and why she sacrificed herself for them.
As the kids stop in their tracts stunned, the marines led by Sanji arrives.
They all jump on the kids to sedate them.
The marines carry Mocha's giant body to a medical room at Chopper's orders.
He swears to her he'll save her.
Building C, first floor... Luffy arrives out of te Dust Box with Momo wrapped around him.
He grabs one of CC's men and demands to know where Ceaser is.
Chapter end... no OP next week.

Chapter 689: Seemingly non-existent island.
- Caribou arrives snow island.
- Chahige and Caesar face to face.
- Luffy arrives and punchs Caesar with Gear 3.
- Caesar talks about Akuma no Mi and his experiments, I think he talks about Zoan.
- Luffy punchs Caesar again.

Building R second floor: The Secret Room
Brownbeard is using the annoucement system to warn CC's men that CC is a liar, and decieving them all.
He tells them to get out of there, or else they will all be killed.
CC comes down to the first floor to meet up with Brownbeard, and Brownbeard demands his men back.
Short flashback of CC leaving BB's men outside to die.
CC tells Brownbeard he doesn't knwo were they are, and was worried about them.
CC's men comes down to see what's going on, and BB tries to warn them that CC has been calling this island the island of labrats
But CC controls the air, so they can't hear BB correctly, and they all start laughing
CC injects BB with sedate, then whispers him that he remembers what he did with his men... he left them outside to die!
He also tells him the accident four years ago that nearly killed everyone on the island was caused by him as well
Brownbeard is in tears, but he can't raise his voice
Brownbeard uses his last ounce of strength to get up and swing his blade at CC, and tries to warn the men once again.
They can't hear him, and BB is shot full of bullets by CC's men...
As CC tries to finish off Brownbeard, our hero arrives!
Giant black fist punches through the wall, nearly taking out CC (misses by an inch)
Luffy appears, most likely using Elephant Gun.
Without saying a single word, Luffy pats his hand on Brownbeard, as if to say "you fought well, now rest".
Brownbeard finally goes down, still crying and unable to communicate.
Luffy recalls BB's trust in CC, and is pissed.
CC orders his men to go back to the second floor, as the Straw Hat pirates and marines will be her any minute.
Momo cofirms to Luffy that the man in front of him is the evil man who is killing the children, to which Luffy answers "I know."
Luffy asks CC what is up with this island, to which CC replies this island is like air. It exists, but seemingly it doesn't.
It's a headquarter for technology of darkness, even the most forbidden experiments can be conducted here. Never in short supply of test subjects.
ITs backed by a great power, and any thing that goes on here is erased from records, as if nothing ever happened.
You can cry all you want, but there will never be help coming here.
He says Luffy is over his head, and doesn't know what he's up with.
Including his alliance to Law. Law wants the SAD, and only CC can create it. That's why he wants him.
Doflamingo has a factory that turns SADs into fruits called SMILE.
SMILE are artificial Zoan Devil Fruits!! He's using SMILE to trade with dangerous people in the New World.
One of the Yonkou already has hundreds of DF users under him/her by using SMILE.
He says by sabotaging Dofamingo's business, Luffy would piss off hell of a lot of bigshots in New World!
He says Law and Luffy are idiots for bringing wrath on themselves.
CC laughs at him saying try and catch him, and they'll have pissed of Doflamingo and Yonkou on their asses.
Luffy has listened to this entire time silently.
He punches the crap out of CC, and says "So what? I've done exactly that all this time!"
Yeah. Not like Luffy would ever care about that.

Chapter 690: "SAD"
In the cover, an old woman look after Caribou that is in a bed.
- Luffy vs Caesar continues (Caesar throw a beam from his mouth).
- In SAD room Vergo vs Smoker continues.
- Smoker lose (Vergo broke his jutte).
- Law recover his heart (I think thanks to Smoker).
- Vergo vs Law.
- Law cut Vergo in a half.
- Not only Vergo, Law cut all the laboratory in a half.
One Piece will have 3 Jump cover and Color Spreads in next 3 weeks for One Piece Film Z premiere (like Strong World).

Chapter 690: "SAD"
coverstory: Caribou wakes up in bed to find an old lady who nursed him back to health, sleeping on a chair.
Caeser's face is all smashed up, he threatens Luffy about Doflamingo backing him again, then shoots a beam of gas burner at Luffy.
Luffy easily dodage the beam, and CC continues to attempt to scare Luffy, only to be punched in the face mid-sentence again.
meanwhile, five min till Shinokuni fills up building B...
Zoro is carrying Tashigi and running from Shinokuni, while Nami, Robin, the marines and children are all running towards Luffy and CC's building.
Kinemon realizes his son was turned into a dragon, and thinks it's the dragon he sliced earlier.
In panic, he tries to run back to the dragon, but Brook is hanging onto him telling him he'll be caught by the gas if he turns back.
Building R second floor.. Usopp arrives, looking for a seastone cuff, only to find the room full of CC's men.
SAD room, Smoker vs Vergo.
Vergo asks why Smoker keeps relying on using his logia ability.
Apparently if you're facing a greater haki master, turning into smoke only makes the area of vulnurability wider by spreading out, making it easier for Vergo to strike him with haki-infused bamboo staff. Vergo gets another strike of his Demon Bamboo on Smoker.
Smoker is sent flying, and falls down on the ground bleeding.
However, unknownth to Vergo.... Smoker was just buying time for Law to get his heart back!
Law retrieves his heart, and places it back into his body. Law thanks Smoker, and Smoker says they're even now.
Law: It's over, Vergo-"san".
Law knows Dofla is listening in on this fight through denden mushi in Vergo's coat, and calls him out.
Law says Dofla will lose Vergo, his most valuable man, here and right now. Straw Hat will take care of Caeser, and you'll lose all your SAD.
He continues to point out that it's his arrogance that couldn't forsee this outcome.
Keep on laughing as always, but we're not going to move in the way you predict and you won't be able to keep that smile on your face for long!
Dofla laughs, and tells him: aren't you forgetting about Vergo in front of you? Don't he look pissed?
Remember what happened to you the last time you pissed him off? Fuffuffuffu!
Vergo's whole body is black with haki now. According to Dofla, Law's slicing ability won't work on Vergo, he'll stop it all with his haki.
Next scene....
Law uses his sword to slice Vergo in half!
Law: two years have passed since that war.. who was moving the world during that time? All you did was sit and enjoy your status quo.
All Whitebeard did was end the era. The Marine HQ requipped themselves with new forces! All the bigshots sat and waited... as if they were all just preparing for something. You see, that War was nothing but a beginning!
You always said that new era of formidable men will come, with unstoppable ripple of era. The gears have been broken! There's no turning back now!!
(Kid, Hawkins, Apoo, Big Mom, beat up CC, Luffy, and Law are shown in the panels... with the last panel showing an angry Doflamingo, NOT LAUGHING!)

Hopefully it'll drop back on to cover, Shinokuni around the lab got cut too

Vergo took off his coat while Law and Dofla were talking, so his upper torso is naked.
It's shining black like black metal, just like other instances of CoA kouka usage.
Of course it didn't do him lick of a good against Law's cut, which obviously Dofla and Vergo underestimated.
Also, Vergo's haki-infused bamboo strike didn't send Smoker flying, just him to the ground.
After it struck Smoker, left-over force were sent flying to the rest of the room like a shockwave.

first half
Due to Law cutting open the roof, Shinokuni starts to seep in through the cracks.
Zoro and Tashigi joins up with Nami and the kids.
Tashigi complains that G-5 being there means Zoro went the wrong way like she said.
She also demands to be set down, it's embarassing in front of her men.
Zoro starts running the wrong way as Nami points out, and Sanji is pissed Zoro is carrying Tashigi.
Chopper is done with immergency treatment on Mocha, this is all he can do for now.
The G-5 Medics carry Mocha and Chopper and head to the building R.
Meanwhile SAD room:
Vergo is chopped up into pieces and stuck to a rail.
He complains how he's going to eat breakfast like this now.
Vergo's head warns Law that he doesn't know Joker's "past", and that will be his undoing
He continues that a rookie that just made a little name for himself isn't going to take over, the New Wolrd is not that easy.
As Vergo continues blabbing, Law cuts his face in half, shutting him up.
Law tells him to worry about himself, as this SAD room will explode into pieces soon.
Law and Smoker leaves the room, stranding the LEGO-Vergo there.
CC i shocked about the roof splitting open for a while, blaiming Vergo for not stopping Law.
CC orders his men to open the vents and let Shinokuni in. Caeser says he's immune to the poison as he is gas himself.
They worry that the men near him will all die, CC yells at them in frustration calling them nothing but test subjects, and he doesn't care how many of trash die.
The men in the monitor room forgets about Usopp and starts crying at CC's betrayal.
The men in monitor room still tries to believe CC, and tell themselves he's just acting to decieve the enemy.
They went ahead and open the vents....
As Shinokuni seeps into the first floor, Caeser merges with Shinokuni.
He says two nations already started negotiating with him for Shinokuni.
His ambition is to fill the world with destructive weapons like these, and become the Lord of Land of the Death himself.
To prove his might, he spreads his body around, kill his own men with Shinokuni.....
second half
Luffy looks pissed from Caesar's betrayal of his men.
He tells Momo to watch over Brownbeard, and he heads out from the room.
Caesar sees Luffy running from the room, thinking he's running away, calls him a coward and that the hallways is alreay filled with Shinokuni as well, there's nowhere to run.
Back in the monitor room, the men are grieving at their master's betrayal.
Usopp tells them to move out of his way, he needs to save his friends from the gas.
CC's men mock themselves and mocks Usopp, telling him his captain is no better, didn't you just see him run?
Usopp tells them to dare not insult his captain in front of him.
If his captain was the type to betray his own kind, they would have had much easier time! (lol)
There are times when he wants to run away, as far as they can, but because his captain trusts in them... he has no choice but to answer to that trust! Always!
Usopp: Just watch... Caeser is the worst type of scum Luffy hates!! Luffy will not forgive Caeser.
Luffy gains enough distance from Caesar to stretch both his arms out to the fullest, with Gear 3.
Harded wth COA, Luffy runs towards Caesar, telling him he's tired of seeing his face as he's about to release a bazooka on him with both Gear 3 blackened fists!
Usopp didn't get to wipe the floor with fodders, but he got to make an awesome speech about Luffy and their trust in him.
CC's already crying as he sees the two FISTS OF DOOM about to collide with himself.
