Sunday's King of Comedy it says?.....Well that's worth at least checking out IF SOMEONE SCANS IT. I like the art at any rate....and with no more school for me coming up....I'm definatly interested in scoping it out for translation purposes.
Thanks as usual Heiji-sama.
Apparantly he did a series called "Kowashiya Gamon", which lasted about at least a year or two so it's not like he's unknown to Sunday readers...it's just that he isn't as known as their stable.

Kanno Takanori / Senketsu Musô (Nouvelle Série, Couv & Pc)
It's obvious that the moving Golden Age and Hyde & Closer were spaces for these series to move in but...I wonder if anything else is ending just to make room for all three of these new series.

Hyde and Golden Age have their first online chapter up here: http://sokuyomi.jp/ssc/
Okay I got Hyde working in IE. (Weird cause nothing else works there.) But the series seems to have started all over again? O_o MBG made it sound like the last magazine issue ended on a cliffhanger, but it looks like Asou started over.....I'll post more impressions once I read the whole thing, but for the most part the online reading system's pretty badass. Clean clean scans and it's easy enough to maneuver, plus it's FREEEEE!
Hajimeta Aku which is starting next issue looks interesting.....can someone PLEASE scan it? I beg of you! I'm still waiting on Traumeister chapter two for heavens sake!!
Allllright! Now that i've read it, I can give a better impression of things. Though...that's sort of pointless since scantlations are 30 chapters behind (and i'm 27) ^^;;; Though it's more of a refresher chapter than 'starting over' thank goodness. Also Asou's art has become freaking awesome now O_O I almost thought it was a time skip since the characters look a bit older. Anywho at least if Hyde can last another year online, maybe just maybe we'll get an anime! Go Hyde Go!
YAYYYYYYY See living on Denial Island works out once in awhile.
WOW that art is awesome lol, I look forward to reading it.
Not too much movement this week on the list I guess...but on the other hand, I did see that there are pics for the second game from Konami is up...and yes, it's fighting. The preview pics show Kenichi vs. Ippo and the Kekkaishi lead vs. Natsu from Fairy Tail...Sunday's page mentions that there will be Hayate, ZKC and Inu Yasha characters too but who knows who else on both sides. (though even with the Fairy Tail love, I sort of hope Haru gets in on Magazine's side...and I'm worried with the ZKC/IY mention cause I rather would have Mikami and Ranma)

I see one Dead Traumiester. Poor poor Nakayama-san. Seems like he just can't catch a break can he? That's three weeks in a row that the series has been at the bottom....Oh well..at least if someone scans it *Glares at MH community* Or If I have to buy it, there won't be too many volumes...Acro's sort of low too. I guess Sunday's gonna be doing some spring cleaning soon...
Really not too much to say for the moment: new series in, older series at risk, and...somehow this feels early considering that I wasn't expecting it until next week. (since I expected this week to be the off week after the second double issue for Sunday and Mag)
I wonder what is taking Mixim 11 and Arata so long to be scanlated this week. Does anyone know?:(
The 2008 sales data for the manga magazines was released recently. Here's a complete list from Canned Dogs.

Seems like Sunday continues to lose readers every year. *_*
I can't even look, but personally I think all Sunday can do right now is essentially just live it's life as a smaller, more efficient and innovative Shonen if it can't live as a member of the biggies amidst Jump and Magazine or the innovators like Gangan. It's really not it's fault that there's just too much out there these days for kids that they don't have time for the magazines.
