Suzuki is not exactly an uncommon name and when she said Suzuki, Gantz may have been waiting for a full name; for her to specify which SUzuki she wanted revived. If this is the case, she hesitated and Gantz accepted a change. I know Gantz can probably read minds and all that; but what are the odds that he will revive the person she was thinking about rather than the person she actually said? I find the argument that she thought about Kurono to be rather shallow; plus she didn't look too surprised.
Kei was also thinking about reviving Kishimoto and Sei but the person who got revived was actually the person that was said and not thought
I vote that she asked Gantz to revive Kurono.

was revived. So this thread make no sense
now. Before it had a purpose, but not now.
Jedi, we are talking about whether she asked to revive suzuki and got kurono instead or said suzuki, but changed her mind and said kurono.
It`s obvious she said kurono brazilgantzer already covered the whole topic anyway.

Maybe Gantz knew what she really wanted.
I think the greater mystery here is that gantz made a copy of kurono, when there is already one. Implying or rather proving that Gantz really does a half assed job. :XD
Either he does a half-assed job and has a terrible memory....or he simply doesn't mind having two or more of one person. He sure as hell didn't mind having 2 Kishimoto's even though one of them was still alive.Quote:

Oku does some pretty unpredictable things but I don't think a three-way with 2 Kurono's and Tae is gonna happen...I don't even think any of the Kurono's are gonna have sex with Reika...they're both gonna be really angry with her for doing what she did I imagine.

Um, is this thread necessary? Even if she asked gantz to revive Kurono, Reika asked gantz to revive Suzuki. Either way, gantz chose not to consider the original request, unless the individual revived is really Suzuki in Kurono's body, since we still don't have any way of knowing until he talks.

Gantz said that he didnt know who she wanted to revive. he didnt ignore the origional request. He said he was loading (In one translation only)
Thats when she said Korono, for all gantz knew thats who she said in the room the 1st time as well.
Sigh, this just proves how ridiculous this thread is, especially when I already pointed this fact out to you. On page 15, she said Suzuki. Gantz ignored her. Even if she asked the Kurono be revived, there shouldn't be any debate over whether she asked for Suzuki to be revived.
What you mean to ask is: During the time that we weren't privy to the conversation, did she ask that Kurono be revived or did gantz make the decision for her?

I agree with Kozar and GAT: She changed her mind and asked for Kei to be revived, off-screen. That's what all those ............................. ...................... ............. ............. .................... .....................

Just because she had said "Suzuki", a very common first name in Japan, wouldn't mean much; it's about like saying "revive John", when there are like 100 different Johns in the database. Until she gave a full name, Gantz wouldn't know which one to revive. At that point, she hadn't said enough that the choice was irreversible.
Sigh, I didn't say that I disagreed on the matter of her asking for Kurono to be revived (hence, the suggested amendment to the thread); I already told kozar I did agree. However, one element of the poll simply isn't debatable. She did ask that Suzuki be revived. It's right there in the manga. I realize this is just semantics, but you can't deny that she asked for Suzuki to be revived, unless you insert Suzuki's full name in the poll. However, Sakurai's revival proved that full names are unnecessary. For all we know, there's probably another Sakurai, just as you propose for Suzuki, out there (turns out there was another teenager named Kei Kurono in Japan. By your logic, had he been in gantz, then gantz would have been at a loss when they asked that Kei Kurono be revived, despite the fact that they were given a full name. It's safe to say that gantz can make reasonable assumptions when it comes to names), especially if one wants to say that they can access the memory of every ball. Besides, as I pointed out before, the Suzuki request in 296 prompted an image. Whatever Reika did after requesting Suzuki be revived twice, gantz shorted out before being able to answer the first request and chose not to acknowledge her second request. It's as simple as that.
