Nothing bad about just one more chapter. I'd say that is a sign of respect to the author.
So, Zenkichi won spectacularly. I thought that if he won, then Medaka would have been rejected. Still, this is highly optimistic of the mangaka - that if someone points out a population's dependency on someone/thing, then they will recoil. I don't believe that has as much an effect. Here it also helped that Medaka has revealed herself as almost inhuman, with her insane abilities, despite using them for good.

Assuming current spoilers are true, this chapter brings us blatant usages of deus ex machina, inconsistent characterizations, illogical storytelling, flawed morality lessons, and half-assed resolutions/abandonments to ongoing plotlines. I wouldn't even rate this chapter a 0/5. I'm ready to call "worse chapter ever" because these developments are something you'd only find in crap like Naruto, Negima, and Fairy Tail. This spoiler makes it feel like the chapter was written by a random fanfiction writer than Nisio himself.
Chapter 140 is out.
All I can say is "hurray for Zenkichi" and "Ajimu is effing crazy".
That was.......interesting.
It wasn't exactly a crisp tie up but, in a way, it was satisfying.
Oh LOL. This chapter was a giant pun doubling as a pep talk. A character who thinks a manga world is a manga and has a manga character slap her silly for it? The irony is incredible. I laughed my ass off at "life is epic" - come to think of it, I've said that before to someone really depressed.
And awww, Zenkichi! You finally got her!
I know I should be more focused on WTF Aijimu is going to learn about "reality", and if Medaka is really the right teacher for her, but I'm too distracted by the kiss. Its just so rare for a main character couple to actually become canon before the manga ends its making my head spin. @__@ I wonder how long it'll take before Nisio trolls it, it just seems so unreal. I'm more excited about the concept of seeing Medaka being in love and stuff (Not that she'll be lovey-dovey...that I KNOW won't happen). It'll drive everyone crazy, that's for sure!
Oh and um, the real answer to Aijimu's delusion? She's been infected with an idea, of course. To stop the madess Medaka and co. will just have to go deeper. :derp
That was really punny, Nisio. But I liked how he made it so that there will be no more fourth-wall breaking again in the next chapters(?). At least that's what it told me when this thing with Anshin'in was resolved.
And I'm looking forward to watching episode 1.
