Liar game chapters 79 & 80 are out now @ Null! and chapter 81!
I wonder if Nao is losing on purpose to leave a trap for Kosaka, but what I really think is that Fukunaga and Akiyama got together to deceive Nao from the beginning. The only way I see Nao wagering almost everything is if she blindly dropped the ball so she has no clue where it's located and she couldn't subconsciously give away the location. Two more chapters of this volume to go.
i started reading this series today, and i allready finished it xD thats how much i liked it, can someone tell me when is the next release?? is it weekly?
Lair Game is an irregular weekly series in Young Jump but Null waits and and buys the volumes to scan. We don't know when Null puts out the chapters of LG. Put I'll be patiently waiting since it's such a great manga.
There's a round currently running in Young Jump right now, and the raws up through 96 are already on this site. ((Vol 9 is gonna be released later this month))
Now I'm just hoping for 97+ to get uploaded.
Can't wait to see how Nao* wins this.
* Obvious deduction, I'm not going off of any information like reading raws or what not. So please don't think I'm spoiling anyone.
@Onicchi I really enjoy your website http://liargame.wordpress.com/ People should check it out if you want to know what's going to happen in future chapters.
I don't look at much of the content since I go spoiler free but good job!
Congrats to Liar Game for being this weeks MH featured series.
Welcome geeky to MH. One of the reasons why i joined was just to post in this thread.
I agree this is my favorite manga out of dozens that I read. With only one chapter of this volume to go I really like how round 3.5 is ending. I'm glad Nao is finally learning how to play this game. Fukunaga and Nao tag team rules! I'm suprised that Nao was able to come up with such a smart strategy. And then Nao being Nao reached out her hand to Kosaka saying "All of us want to save you three". :crying
'bout damn time LG reaches featured status.
v9 tank was released in stores 8/19. will be a bit of a wait (shipping/scanning etc), but round 4 (imo) is worth it.
perhaps in that time we will be able to do roots of a...? we'll see.
PS - drama season 2 out november. also a movie will come after to end the series.
Got my copy. ^^
Vol 9 goes through chapter 94, so the first part of the infection game.
The cover is everyone in the infection game with particular focus on Nao, Yokoya, Akiyama, and Akagi.
I can't believe no one's mentioned the quality of the art. I would put Kaitani's art right next to that of Inoue, Oku and Miura. In fact, that's what attracted me to the series in the first place, since it seems the best manga have the best art. Although, my only criticism is that Yokoya's look seems a bit wacky at times.
Also, has anyone noticed the Christian parallels in Liar Game as well as in DN?
Liar game 2 drama announced!!!!

Hope it doesnt mark end of the manga...
The thing that has me worried the title of the movie Liar Game: The Final Stage out Feb 6, 2010, will the manga be end by then or will the movie deviate from the original story and create something new? I have faith that whenever the end comes I will be sad but I'll know that the ending will be awesome. :crying
