The group who does it is Hanashi and there site is http://www.hanashi.org/ but it looks like there isn't anynew scans but you can check for raws.

Well i seem to remember that i have read through the whole series, but apparently in chinese. I'll try finding where i got them.

Kurozakuro was surprisingly good. Doesn't really become a masterpiece at any give point, but always balances between good and great. Some very neat ideas; sometimes lacking depth (though given how his previous series, Togari, was cancelled, maybe he just played it safe this time).
