We know there will be one and that's about it for now.
There was also an add about both the movie and the TV series in Jump Festa 2010's Pierrot's booth listing Naruto, Sai, Tsunade, Sasuke and Suigetsu's voice actors, but is it for the TV series or the movie? Who knows.

Some small info on the film 4, it is the first. Nothing much was filtered. A few months of its release was expected
So here are the 3 big news has learned:
- Release of Film July 31
- Title of Film: The Lost Tower
- Presence of Yondaime

I've seriously lost track of all this stuff. Just to be clear. The move that we're getting translated in a month or so is movie 3 right?
from what I've understood from some of the info, Naruto gets lost in this space and time and meets up with the 4th there. Or something like that, its pretty vague

The director of this fourth movie (the lost Tower) is the same as the third Shippuuden movie (heirs of the will of fire), Murata Masahiko, who among the episode directors for both Naruto TV series.
Is it a good thing? We can't tell before we see the "heirs of the will of fire". It seems the 2009 movie made less money than the ones from 2008 and 2007, but it's hard to tell if it's because of the economic crisis or because the movie itself was lacking.
