So when can we expect your scanlations?, because this is way too much quality for just practicing, congratulations.
the raw is bad but you screwed up with the denoise, the page is blurred, the black are not good, neither the qhites, you left some specks.

Let's see... Denoising was mentioned... the blurriness and the noise...
You didn't crop very well. You can see the construction paper I put behind the page on the right.
In panel 4, you need to fix the text bubble. It's all faded out at one part.
As for typesetting, the in-panel text in panels 1 and 2 should have a white border. Right click on the text layer -> Blending options. Check off Stroke and set it to a white border, about 3px. For larger font sizes you can do 4 or 5, but don't make it too big or it looks weird.
Last panel, the text could probably be a bit smaller. Looks a bit crowded.
And take my advice with grain of salt. I hate denoisers and Topaz is a killing word in my presence.
Join me in spreading the word. Those filters ruin everything! =_=
You shouldn't blur too much.
Rather fill in blacks by e.g. using the lasso tool and if a line seems broken, redraw with paths.
Nice job cleaning the Naruto scan. Some parts a little blurred or grayed such as Naruto's eyes, Pein's eyes, and Konan's cheek.
First of all, from the position of the page number, I think the second one is from magazine scans. I wouldn't say the scan is bad cause magazine scans usually has lots of noise.
I don't know why people are blaming the filters here. It has so far been a great help to me to reduce the noise for magazine scans. I see that some other groups are also using them and their scans turns out just as great. The second scan is over filter, that's why it turns out unpleasant. I think you should manually level for the black using lasso tool or masking layer instead of depending on the filters 100%.
For the first scan, you have done a great job. Maybe you should practice more on typesetting and play with the fonts so that they are familiar with the original Japanese fonts.
