I think that there is going to be a 3rd OVA and depending on the ratings of that 1 we'll see if they're goIng to make a 2nd season or not, probably they will because the OVA's were really popular in japan

kenichi was one of the most entertaining martial arts anime i have ever seen, i would love to see the entire series be turned in to an anime
however i realize how long the manga is, and therefore how unlikely it is that we will see the entire series animated
however if one or more of "the big 3" end soon (both bleach and naruto could end soon) we may get lucky and see kenichi become bigger, and due to the manga being so far ahead, we could have a massively long, filler free series !!!

Take Hajime no Ippo into example when it comes to long series like this or Bleach. Ippo the good version Bleach the negative. Not only that the big 3 have absolutely nothing to do with Kenichi. They're published in different magazines I think it's in the same magazine of Ippo Conan Air Gear etc.Quote:

HOLY SH*T IS THE CHRISTOPHER ECLAIR ARC!!!!! this arc is one of my favorite ones also it's super ecchi :cheez I hope a trailer comes out this month also I hope this is the OVA that will make the kenichi anime rise from the dead. CANT WAIT 4 IT!!!:super
How is the eclair arc super echi? I only recall the standard echi in that particular arc.
