Re: Paladin by Ryu Ki-Woon
There are 25 chapters and the plot didn't move from waht we usually write only in the summary, right? I like the art, it seems to run from the others manhwas and looks cartoon, mainstream, i don't know how to describe....
At least the main character is what a main character should be, a fool who likes to mess around!
Re: Paladin by Ryu Ki-Woon
Two new chapters (28 & 29) are out from eg scans. Go get it from there.
Looks like I forgot to update the chapters releases here. ^^

The scans are upto chapters 32 - 33. I have read up to the last chapters, so if you haven not yet. Please do so. The princess has been put on trial and the empress has concocted some kind of plan with the empires consultants to do something for her. Though they just want to use her because she is stupid. It should be interesting to find out what will happen to the princess and the emperor child seems to be not in good health.
Re: Paladin by Ryu Ki-Woon
Looks like Paladin has ended.
Liked the art but I never felt like the story ever really got anywhere. The princess and the swordsman part was probably the highpoint for me. Which actually was barely related to the whole Paladin(mecha knight) thing at all. Weird.

Yeah - the story has ended. Forgot to mention here. Read the latest Paladin chapters from eg scans.
I liked the author / artist remarks at the end. I enjoyed the story. Kind of wished we knew a bit more of the main guys background and how it all will end.

It was fairly sudden.
Hopefully, we'll see more from the artist; he did some fine work. And hopefully, the author will learn from Paladin and refine his character work and plotting a bit. As I felt the characters in Paladin didn't feel to me like they resonated very well emotionally and the plotting of the first 2 arcs felt disjointed; which is not a winning combination.
Re: Paladin by Ryu Ki-Woon
Wooow, what an unexpected and sudden end to the series. The series promised more than it delivered. I am not sure it was planned or there was a change of plan. The concepts and art was there for me but the story never really made an impression. I was hoping the author will connect the various ends all together. Characters did not get enough time to develop and make their mark.
Re: Paladin by Ryu Ki-Woon
Yeah - a bit of a sudden end. Someone commented on egscans chat board that - the series was more about the main guys regrets and wanting to correct them after the wars. So he'd go to places and try to "fix" things as best as possible. Kind of seems right though. I wanted more.
