For me, it was Luffy punching a Tenryuubito because I had no idea what was gonna happen. How many Marines would have joined? How many admirals? Luffy was basically inviting danger since the crew were trapped on that island for a long while.

I will nominate Luffy coping with the death of Ace and the remembrance of his crew. He showed his raw feelings and highlighted the most important thing to him, his bonds, the Nakama. And Jinbe had a great moment too! :D
Up from here to the doublespread. [The Mangastream version looks better though.]
When Chopper is leaving the island with the strawhats, and then the sky turn pink/purple and he start to cry.
Sorry about my english, still learning.
although robin's past was terrible,I'd say that Kuma splitting the crew is the most dramatic, because rufy was really defeated by him,as a captain ecc.,as zellogan said
for me, the scenes of nami asking for luffy´s help. i mean in that scene/panel, all her anger, sadness, frustration and loneliness burst out of her. the way she was stabbing herself while crying and the way she asks for luffy´s help was very moving.
I think Merry's death was the most dramatic :( I cried really hard that time and tough Ace's death saddened me as well Merry's death had the most powerful impact on me :crying
