It's a great contrast between the more adventurous Hunter Exam arc OST.

Ok, now I know I'm fanboyism, but I can't help it. Such a good choice of mood and an amazing melody! I'll wait for a better review after I hear them completely, but all of them are quite interesting. Except 5 and 6 (14 maybe) the rest made me happy.
I like to hear "Auras" without the image. It's quite fluid, fitting.
And my fave, as I think it's everyone else as well, Requiem Aranae (And it's remix)
I knew that song played during the beginning of Kastro vs Hisoka was the Mad Bailor. :)
Love that one.

I know track 6 must be Melody's theme...but does anyone else think it would fit well with the Whale Island episodes? It would be nice to have calm music there
before we get to TEH EPIC.

Anyone else think Requiem Aranae will be Chrollo's Requiem of Destruction for Uvogin?
Also TO-MO-DA-CHI and and Go, On, appear to be the theme of Gon and Killua's friendship.
I can't wait until the full songs inevitably make their way onto Youtube.

Just also wanted to say that Gon's theme song 'Try Your Luck' is absolutely amazing and that I have been waiting for this since we first heard it in the Zoldyck arc.
Also Chain Bastard is off the CHAIN! That is all.

Chain Bastard should be played in the beginning of Kurapika vs Uvogin
since that's when a lot of the action is. But after emperor time is revealed
the mood should get more somber. Death Agony should play as soon
as Kurapika impales Uvogin with the nen chain. It would also be good
when Kurapika is fighting against the 11 thankless assistants.
Realized Capacity would be great for when the 11 thankless assistants
are about to attack the mansion and Kurapika is about to whip out his chain and be all cool and slick.

Man of the reversed cross would be good to play when Chrollo is about to fight Silva and Zeno.
The Assassin Family's Estate...should play when we see Silva and Zoldyck arriving as hit men for the job
when I think it was Light Nostrade talking about how they hired "professionals" and then you get
a intense close up of Silva's eyes. I do love the shot in the 1999 when you see them walking and
the airship flying away and it's shown at a worm's eye view. I hope they don't play the theme again
until then because it would be such a bad ass (re)-intro to see Silva and Zeno appear again with that music.

My thoughts of when I think would be good places for each track
1. "Requiem Aranea"--Chapter 97 of course when Chrollo "orchestrates" the requiem to Uvogin
2. "The Man of the Reversed Cross"--Chapter 98 when Chrollo is confronted by Zeno and Silva and they are about to battle
Also maybe when Chrollo is first introduced in Chapter 71 and he says to steal everything
3. "The Mad Bailaor"
Beginning of the Gon vs Hisoka fight
4. "Chain Bastard"
When Kurapika kidnaps Uvogin and they are being chased by the Spiders (it makes for a great chase theme)
Beginning of Kurapika vs Uvogin before Kurapika uses Emperor Time
5. "Latent Power"--Hatsu scene/ When Kurapika enforces Zetsu on Uvogin
6. "Spring Prairie"--When Melody plays the flute and tries to calm down Kurapika, somewhere during Whale Island (perhaps Mito's flashback of her hiding)
7. "The Assassin Family's Estate"--When Light Nostrade says that pros have been hired to kill the Phantom Troupe and then you see Zeno and Silva arrive.
Would be especially beast if they time it so when you hear that first "Zolydyck" you get that intense close up of Silva's eyes.
8. "Try Your Luck"-- After Gon defeats Gido
9. "Realized Capacity"---Gon punching Hisoka, Kurapika about to use his chains against the 11 thankless assisstants,
10. "The Iaido Lunatic"
When Killua and Gon are running through the walls and being chased by Nobunaga
11. "The Silver-Haired Apprehension"---When Killua threatens Sadaso, When Killua considers sacrificing himself to let Gon escape from Nobunaga
12. "Spiders' Canzone"---When we see the Phantom Troupe walking in the desert
13. "Donkies"--When Gon and Killua are using Gyo to bid on items
14. "La Valse de Garçons"-- When Neon is shopping
15. "Take a Walk"--After Gon and Killua just met Zepile and before they start asking each other questions
16. "Dr. Warm-Hearted Miser"--After Leorio beats that one guy in arm wrestling and they get secret access to this place for bounty hunters
17. "Death Agony"--When Kurapika uses judgment chain on Uvogin
18. "Auras"--When Gon uses Ten after not practicing for a month
19. "Innocence of Assassin"--When Killua calls Milluki
20. "Go on!"--After Killua defeats Riehlevelt
21. "F-R-I-E-N-D-S"--When Gon and Killua are looking at the stars discussing their dreams
22. "Show Your Spirit!"---Gon vs Nobunaga arm wrestling.
23. "As For Those Outlaws, Unrivaled Strength"--When the Mafia chases the Spiders after they attacked the auction and before Uvogin slaughters them
24. "Dirge from Dark Side"--When Kurapika and Uvogin meet alone in the hotel room
25. "Departure for Strings" Reunion of Kurapika, Leorio, Gon and Killua
