help with translation

i need help on translating "殿。。。！！" and (not sure if this is spelled right) "クツ。。。！！" im using "google translate" to help.
殿 translate to hall or house but once you add 。。。！！, it changes to "buttocks...!!". im pretty sure it means house because of the context but i just want to make sure.

" クツ。。。！！" translate to shoes with or without the punctuations. i dont feel that its correct because in the manga it shows her shouting "クツ。。。！！" while trying to punch someone else.

also, if its possible, can ya translate(just the speech bubble) both pages for me? (it'd really help alot if you do but you don't have to)

殿, in this case, means something like "Lord", or "My Lordship". It's a respectful (and somewhat old/medieval) way of addressing men.

And クツ is an interjection, so you are free to adapt it as you see fit. "Shoe" is くつ(クツ・靴), the つ isn't the small っ.

Last, but not least, Google Translator is far from being a good choice for getting accurate translations, as you can see. I suggest using a good Jap->Eng dictionary.

is there a way where i can tell if what they're saying is an interjection or not?

If you want to tell for sure, you'd have to study Japanese a bit further, I'm afraid.

As a rule of thumb, you could presume that a baloon with only a two letter word ending in small っ is an interjection (e.g., あっ、くっ、ちっ). But it's just a rule of thumb.
