Clearly Shinwoo. For a human, he is something. Strong and nice character design.

I second that ShinWoon is indeed incredible. Makes me wonder if he were a modified human how powerful would he actually be :wtf

After him, I'd nominate M-21, after him probably Tao.

For normal humans, Ikhan because he brings normalcy to those chapters.

Shin Woo

With all respect to Frankenstien, Shin Woo is the man! He doesn't have much in the way of power but he fighting like champion and really was the person to welcome Raizel to the fold. He's a great character with greater potential.

Frankenstein, i like shinwoo but Frank is just EPIC

I would like to nominate Tao. I enjoyed his 'mask' with Ikhan before when he was still active in DA-5, and that he enjoyed those moments truthfully. He took a brave act by ignoring Krantz back then. He helped a lot since he joined the team, and last he proved to do his job well as the leader of RK-4. Vote for Taooooo~

Athough, with all respect to Shinwoo as a human, I have chosen Frankenstein.

Franky's just pure "awesomeness" in every sense of this word, like power or behavior. If kids do a mess in his house his reaction is just incredible..:XD

Haha i hafta vote for Franky aswell. The guy is just too epic. Shinwoo is awesome, but Franky has alot more too him and its entertaining
