I read only few manhwa series so far but I nominate Vagrant Soldier Ares for The Best Series because It is very mature story aimed at children. Characters are mercenaries and so they act like mercenaries - No "death is bad" and "friendship is great" endless blabbering. Art is very unique and pleasure to look at. Action is great and war story is incredibly well developed. This title is one of the few which takes even children as an intelligent readers and so this series is enjoyable even for adults.

Hmmm...tough question but easy answer ----> Veritas. Veritas was the first manhwa I tried and I was in love with it from the chapter 1. Great pace and awesome character.

Noblesse.

I nominated Shin Angyo Onshi in the manga award, I haven't changed my mind since then.

I nominate Cavalier of the Abyss because... do I really need to say why??

It's a series that made me stop hating the concept of vampires.

No, I haven't read any manhwa series besides Noblesse and The Breaker, so there's nothing I can nominate in this section at all :XD
