I nominate Kubera ~one last god~ for Best Fantasy. When was the last time you saw a fantasy series using Indian/Hindi mythology as its motif? This series is like a breath of fresh air among dozens of manga/manhwa/light novels/fantasy novels that overused the medieval European fantasy setting. It also has colorful artwork, original characters, and an engaging plot filled with mystery and foreshadowing that is supported by the concrete world setting and background.

Re: Best Fantasy
I didn't get into Kubera, I'm not really sure why but the artwork probably played a little. I am generally not fishy on that matter but I really don't like the coloring of this web-comic.
So I would nominate Kisswood for best fantasy. The story is short but the art is really beautiful and the setting original enough to make it an enjoyable reading

I nominate Shin Angyo Onshi, it was short but satisfying. Great protagonist and the ending was one of the best I have read.

I nominate Legend of Tyr
It's a series about a character who sets off on a journey into a dangerous fantasy world and creates his own mercenary band. The world seems deep and diverse with loads of fun characters. It's quickly become one of my favorite fantasy series.
