So i'm practicing my cleaning. Most of the time time i don't know what i'm doing. It's either that i'm getting it or not.
Aside from needing to burn and such -- how is it? Blurry/sharp?

It's too sharp. lines should have gray pixels between them and the white background

I'm guessing that after you resized the page you used some filter with incorrect settings which over-sharpened it.
Aside from burning and such, how does it look now? o.O

dont you think you sacrificed gray area too much? on middle left panel it almost become white.
well, i tried your raw and this is what i've got

i could make it cleaner but it will sacrifice some small detail, like dirt on wall on upper-right panel
there is a way to clean it better without sacrifice details
