I don't think its likely he was foreshadowing any of events that came to past like Sakaki's death match or Miu's kidnapping. I'm more inclined to think he was simply referring to the end of Apachai's battle with Agaard and the conclusion of their business in Okinawa. What did you think?
I don't think he was talking about their Okinawa business being finished, since that'd definitely be a weird way of wording it.
He could be talking about it being the right time to put a major blow in the plans for the Eternal Sunset or something

I believe Zatono was close on this. It might be about him referring to make some counter measures to prevent Yami in succeeding in their plans to overthrow the World in a chaos.
