Shin Sekai Yori (triggers my attention a lot going by the story)
Jojo's bizarre adventure
Psycho Pass
I don't know about K... I might give it a chance but I hope that it won't be a brainless entertainment. I tend to drop anime in which the story becomes bland due to an over focus on action

Biglobe Poll: Most Anticipated Fall 2012 Anime
Quote:
Official poll ranks Chūnibyō Demo Koi ga Shitai!, Little Busters!, From the New World on top.
On Monday, the Japanese Internet service provider BIGLOBE posted the results of its official survey on the most anticipated anime series for the upcoming Fall (September) season.
Click the link to see the full result. I knew that Little Busters was highly anticipated but I didn't think Chunibyo would rate that high :o
Rest looks more or less as expected.

Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide
So many interesting anime to watch and yet so little time. :wtf I'll leave my picks as it is, but for movies, I'd love to watch the new adaptation of Cyborg 009 and perhaps the Resident Evil one as well. I really need to expand my movie horizons beyond Ghibli so this would be a good place to start, I think.
Re: Fall Anime 2012 Preview Guide
This ended up a fun season, and the first in a long time that I started new anime. A bit late, but I never posted my Fall 2012 list:- Shinsekai Yori
- Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
- Chuu2
- Psycho-Pass
- Robotics;Notes
All proved very enjoyable, though as of today I am not sure I would consider any of them classics. I would recommend every one of them, and if they all (hypothetically) receive second seasons, I would watch all of them. R;N, Psycho-Pass, and Shinsekai are still ongoing. The second half of all three holds great potential. Shinsekai I still find a little enigmatic though, I'm still not sure exactly where the story is going, or when (or if) and how the season will climax.
