is orochimaru alive?

in latest chapter it is said that sasuke is going to meet orochimaru
i cant believe he is alive
i thought he died by sasuke atleast his mind is dead
how he escaped from sasuke

You seem to have missed some chapters namely the fight between Sasuke and Itachi. Orochimaru was never dead. He escaped from Sasuke when Itachi pushed Sasuke to his limits. Orochimaru was then permanently sealed in Itachi's Totsuka sword.

Considering it zooms over Anko's Cursed Seal, its pretty probable he survived in there, similar to how he did to Sasuke.
Maybe Sasuke will give him chakra to manifest, or use Anko's or Kabuto's body as a medium to do it, I don't think he feels threatened to either one

yea he has chaakra stored in the curse marks of people like anko and others, and he is still sealed by the toska blade as well

Sasuke said it himself that Orochimaru was incredibly resilient and that he believes him not dead. He should know the best considering he knows Orochimaru's secrets very well. Not just that, but he looks positive that Orochimaru is not dead and has a plan how to get to him.

what if tobi is actually oro (or atleast some part of him)?

I think it sorta implied that he'll find a way to get Orochimaru to emerge from Anko's curse seal (the same way Orochimaru emerged from Sasuke's), given the emphasis they placed on Anko and specifically the closeup of her curse seal while he was talking.
