I saw some pics of Yu Kanda from D.Gray-Man showing that he had a fever and Lenalee was helping him. Does anyone know where I can find them at? I would like to find them it has something to do with them like they are a couple or something like that. Plz let me know if you know how to find them or you have the link to them, Thank You

What's actually happening is that Lenalee had beat up Kanda using her boots in order for him to take a photo. That's why Science division head Reever is holding a camera.

The pictures that I am looking for are in here. It shows Kanda with a fever and Lenalee putting a wet cloth on his forehead so hopefully someone knows where these pictures are.
Sorry to say this, but that's from a Doujinshi (meaning it's a fan-made manga), not from the actual manga. If it's the Doujinshi you're looking for, I cannot help you, sorry :(
Advice for OP if they are looking for the doujinshi (or the original picture in it's full glory):
Take a screenshot of the image, crop out the rest of the web page, upload it to an image hosting site, copy the direct link, go to google's image search, click the camera in the search bar, paste the direct link url into pop-up, search! At the very least you will get a strong lead. This is good for finding original fanart artists and mangas/animes people refuse to spill the titles of too. (although you can skip straight to copying the image source if it's available. In the case of a YouTube video, you need the extra steps to get an image url)
