Well they gather over 12.000 signatures for season 2.
But what's the point of making it when you don't know how the story will be over, yet.
I to am glad that manga will continue for some time, but the way I see it the only way they are going to made Claymore season 2 is by Yagi giving them spoilers for the end. And I very much doubt that he will do that.
