Wouldn't be surprising if Madara had a hand in Rin's death...
Maybe she was just sacrificed for Kakashi's sake, maybe even to unlock his Mangekyo?
Maybe the situation forced Kakashi to kill her, or else things would have gone much worse?
Also 'guinea pigs'? What's up with that

Besides, ha wasn't realy looking neutral... he looks sad and he's crying. Add to that Obito wasn't there instantly, he came quite a bit later then the actual killing blow, so its very well possible an emotionally hardy person like Kakashi already got over the first shock by the time Obito arrived.
Minato... am i the only one thinking he gave Kakashi a mission considering Rin's death? Thus he wasn't there with him as Kakashi had to do it on his own.
Rin probably worked for the hidden mist as a spy, Minato and Sarutobi knew about that/recieved informations from someone and ordered Kakashi to kill her.
Also i HIGHLY doubt this was staged by some Zetsu clones or Genjutsu.

I don't care the Uchiha Massacre and the events leading to it didn't even happen yet... when it comes to Obito, time-line is irrelevant!

I Think Kakashi Killed Rin so that the enemy couldn't get a hold of information on the village.
Based on the situation he figured he couldn't possibly win against al the enemies so chose to kill Rin himself instead.
Note that the enemy would like information and would probably torture her to get that en then kill her.
This is almost a dejavu if you look back at what Kisame did when his team was cornered.
If you look at Kakashi's expression he's not shocked, but rather determined (though very emotional as well) that this needed to be done because he figured there's no other way.
Or maybe i'm being way to straight forward and should use my fantasy a bit more :ramen

"they" refers specifically to Kakashi and Rin, while "guinea pigs" is a general reference to ninja....from mist apparently. and why would zetsu say kakashi was from the mist anyway?
Hmm...but does Obito really have a grudge against Kakashi?
The thing is, Obito doesn't actually seem to blame Kakashi directly, he blames "this useless reality", and in addition, he said "you let Rin die" not "you killed Rin".
Perhaps Madara later gave Obito the talk, saying that it wasn't actually Kakashi's fault, but simply the way the ninja world works. He tells Obito that killing Kakashi, or even blaming, or even hating him at all won't do anything but perpetuate the system of hatred and war. The only thing left to do, in Madara's point of view, is change the world itself.
Change "from" into "for" and it suddenly gets a differet meaning. Not saying this is necessarily the case here, but there's always the possibility of translations not being accurate, which actually happens quite often, so its usually worth taking that into consideration when trying to deduct such delicate informations.Quote:

Okay, what is going on with the Zetsu people? can someone explain? this is making Madara look bad. Sometimes they seem to be manipulating Obito but at others seem to be sympathizing with him....like why would spiral zetsu tell Obito things like "guinea pigs" which is an espionage term/inside stuff/classified information etc..
This doesnt go well with the statement "u let Rin die"... Probaly not him but then again chidori hmmm then y didnt Obito say u killed Rin

In my opinion, Rin is the zetsu clone. Kakashi had to kill him but since it looked like Rin it was difficult and that's why he cried.
