they show the Dec. 32 scene...and right at the scene where Sakura "killed" Ogami. You think they can really work out the explanation of that event in just 13 episodes while the manga took more than 150 chapters to explain that alone, bits by bits...? Since I personally don't think they just chunk that scene into that anime just to leave it alone either. I don't know how they're going to work out any change around that to make the watcher really understand at least the part where it's seen as Sakura killing Ogami...not with some details to lead to that...and at the same time, continue with the usual story up to Hitomi battle without giving it more episodes...

Don't exactly understand what you mean by that though, since he DOES talk in Kansai-ben in the anime (even though his seiyuu does admit that this is his first change with the dialect).
