I give this one to Viper. Duval's probably pretty strong, since he was able to fight off tons of pirates coming to attack the Sunny. But Viper's pretty strong too, plus he has the most powerful dials, which can really catch people off guard if they don't know about sky combat. Enel survived the hit from the reject dial because he can restart his own heart. I don't think Duval can do that...

Wiper is a mad man. He's probably one of the most bad ass characters in One Piece yet. Like a last Mohican on freaking steroids. The durability he has shown can only be compared to Luffy's or Zoro's. He was supposed to barely survive one use of Reject Dial, let alone fire it up like half a dozen times. Add Luffy's bazooka and having shit electrocuted out of him a couple of times, and you know you have one tough motherfucker here.

Plus he's very fast and agile, and a skilled fighter. Too bad he's probably out of story, but he could be back one day, to fight along with Luffy against WG. And that will be the day.

Here, I'm gonna change my avatar for a while, just to honor Wiper.

Duval must be used to fighting decent grandline pirates he's probably just as strong as wiper but when it comes down to stamina wiper wins hands down. Might be an interesting fight though.

He managed to show a great speed with his dials and great brute strength asnd stamina. Also with his different dials he can be a damn difficult opponent for most of the enemies. We should also take in account his crazy Burn Bazooka.;)

Also during his fight against Luffy in Skypea he really seemed to be Luffy's equal or at least around his level. And that's quite a fit.
I would say that Wiper might have a great chance against some weak Supernovas like Urouge.
Thus I obviously believe that Wiper wins this fight pretty comfortably.;)

Just hope he doesn't get matched with Buggy or Nami. Insta KO.

Well, no matter what I will vote for Wiper over the likes of Nami, Usopp and Buggy, but they seem to have a strong fan armour.;)

Wiper is a beast and has a decent chance to procede quite far if he isn't matched with the likes of Garp or Roger.:)

the fact that he technically killed logia user Enel (though his devil fruit brought him back) means he's already capable of taking down high tier opponents... bye Duval
