Re: Bleach 519 Spoiler Discussion
As someone pointed out, Spirit King looks like Aizen level transcended being. More like the Soul Jesus. How does he need to be protected? He looks like he could tear out Juha Bach's soul.
Re: Bleach 519 Spoiler Discussion
Judging by the looks, the King can basically beat everyone on the earth to death.
Maybe he's just so lonely that he needs Royal Guards to accompany him.

lol yea...his eyes are scary ones...now i can assume aizen even if he reached here would have been stomped by the spirit king...
Re: Bleach 519 Spoiler Discussion
Clearly the more slick-backed someone's hair is in this manga the more power they're imbued with. Aizen merely neglected to go far enough.

So, why does Aizen think people should rebel against the King when apparently he's this strong, I wonder.

maybe he just overestimates himself...he is a cocky guy for sure
Re: Bleach 519 Spoiler Discussion
The king can stare people to deaths....
And I google translated Ryu's name: Springs soup ghost "Kirin Temple Trisun Lang". I guess the first part is the title like Hikifuma's cereal and Shutara's weaving

Guy feasts on souls. What happens when someone dies in Soul Society? Soul King eats them. Sereitei only exists as a sort of incubator to provide the Spirit King with more delicious meals. It's like Free Range farming.
Re: Bleach 519 Spoiler Discussion
I expected the King to be a transcendental that barely resembled a human. Otherwise having Aizen gather all the power in the world and call him a "thing" would have been pointless. This guy is probably going to step in. I don't think anybody on his level needs protecting.

Or maybe, just maybe, he really has no clue about Soul King, apart from the fact that he lives in the Royal Dimension.

Wouldn't doubt it. So long as they keep catering his tastes he doesn't go berserk.

Urahara referenced Aizen witnessing "it". Maybe this is referring to the Spirit King with an ambiguous pronoun or maybe it refers to something such as the process by which the Soul King siphons the souls of dead Shinigami/Sereitei inhabitants.
