There really isn't much to talk about. Glad that Kaze and Mary are gone, though Kaiji and a couple of others are really good fighters too... You'd figure if anyone could beat this guy solo it would be Kaze. Kind of feels like by getting rid of him Oku is giving Gonde the chance to demolish the team tbh. From that perspective the outcome of the fight could go a number of ways, and that's certainly something to look forward to I guess.
I'm just happy there's finally a showdown. Been looking forward to it since 2011 probably.
I don't think Kaze could fight him...the giant is hard suit material...and even there i'm not so sure.

You underestimate him! He's taken down tougher opponents. Remember that blob with like a hundred arms/legs swinging at him in Osaka? Gonde can't be *that* tough.

Then again the key to this one is probably agility, not strength.
I certainly hope we won't have to wait another month for a new chapter lol. I hope this chapter has a little more than what the summary says. I'm glad to see they're finally getting down to the showdown between Kei and Gonde. Let's hope Tae finally gets killed somehow and make Kei rage. Kei fights better when he loses a loved one.
I wonder though, what's the rest of the TT going to do? Will they have a chance to fight Gonde? Maybe Kei will die fighting Gonde and the rest of the TT would have to fight him off. Could be a nice chance to give Katou some screentime considering he really hasn't done much leadership or fighting in this arc.
Maybe Kei should take her to see a doctor or something. She does have that massive wound in her leg from those harpoon things after all.
I'm 100% sure that Kaze and/or the Tokyo team will defeat Gonde. The Tokyo team magically defeated stronger enemies where top teams and fighter equipped with the best technology failed. Just look at the Osaka team and other teams that went down during the alien invasion. There should have been a lot more deaths on the Tokyo team side since the aliens attacked.Quote:

I don't know how Oku is going to trump meeting god but perhaps Kei will become 'god' like in status after defeating the blonde.
The parents will do a 180 - saying things like ' oh yeah that my son ', I'm so proud of him, blah blah.

The only stronger enemy the TT has fought is the Nurarihyon, and that alien had long intervals of doing nothing and letting the team plan something against him. Those bone aliens were a piece of cake once Kaiji discovered the weak point.Quote:
