Nice to see Usopp and Nami get some fighting action, hilarious that they are so confident when the enemy is already retreating. I wonder what that makes of the groups power balance, doubt that they are stronger than General Franky, just was the right situation. Most interesting thing however is of course the shadow on the last page. I doubt it's Doflamingo, shape does not really fit. Being a sleepy guy it should be Aokiji, but shape does not fit either, although we don't know of his post-marine appearance. Standing on water seems right for him. But I'll go out with predicting that it will be the first ever appearance of Vegapunk. He's connected to that place and might have known what is going on, probably even trying to stop the no.2 guy, CC, himself. Thus, being thankful to the SHs, he's the right guy to fix up Frankies arm.
Ah never mind, I hope it's Aokiji.
Only thing that I don't like of shogun's design is his legs. The rest is SUPPPPERRRR....
I suppose they are going to take out all the three DF user from the sea. I want more Baby 5.
The right shilouette could fit (havin his eye-mask still on).
The left big shilouette might look differently alltogether because its his logia-powered ship (like Ace´s raft).
So i still go for aokiji, would make sense to me. He probably watched the underground broker broadcast aswell and wanted to save his old body in terms of moral justice, smoker, and help out the strawheads. If that would be the case, lots of predictions regarding aokiji vs doflamingo would come true :D
As it was said earlier, that is probably Aokiji. It seems as if he's upgraded his vehicle, from a bike to some "lazier" type where you can sit, yet still pedal-driven.
What a mad situation we have here with Aokiji and Doflamingo both about to arrive at PH!

And now who can say something about my previous post when i said Buffalo and Baby 5 are weak ? They are indeed weak even though it's hard to accept 'cause they are DoFlamingo subordinates . I was disappointed by them this chap :xp

Overall i'm glad that Oda didn't mess with us and he showed us a good chap after so much waiting :hee
Theres all this talk about the shady character at the end but what really REALLY caught my attention was when buffalo mentioned the "donquixote family." And i thought capone was a mobster. So here is what i am thinking...itd be pretty eyepopping if this family was headed by the gorusei which actually doesnt make sense cuz then he wouldnt rly need vergo and all he need to do is ask grandaddy for some help. But this is oda. He can make it work if this prediction rings true.
On the note of the mysterious person at the end i wonder if he is closer or is donflamingo closer? Will they fight if they both met? Why didnt baby 5 and buffalo not see this person? Wtf is that fluffy tail thing atta hed to this guy in the final scene? Yeah like most ppls all i got are questions, just not the obvious ones.

While I also like the idea of it being Aokiji, I wouldn't be so sure about it.
Give it another look an compare it to everything that has been seen of Vegapunk, he's wearing a long labcoat and has a weird hand position. And I have no doubt that he'd have found some ability to travel over water.
Fact is, the number of people knowing the position of Punk Hazard is very limited. We already know that Doflamingo is headed there, but he just does not fit. People with interest in it, and that we know off right now, are probably Aokiji or Vegapunk. Whoever it is, it has to be a powerful/important character.
Edit: Messed it up, would have wanted to Quote Ero-Sanji, it's a response.
I find Aokiji likely but here a wild guess from me.
Maybe that's Mihawk?, the thing on the right side looks like one "side" of the black sword and the whole " I overslept" attitude would fit his personality as well.

That last page, totally unexpected. For now, I'd say Aokiji is the most likely candidate. This is his first appearance. The setting on the last page resebles it somewhat.
Plus, we know Aokiji likes to sleep and there aren't many guys in One Piece who can walk or stand on water. It's not as if you can tell if there is ice or not on the image. The silhouette doesn't say much, it's just the shadow. For all we know, it could be a chair made of ice.
Don't know. I'd say it's either Aokiji or a new character, since, I repeat, Aokiji is probably the only one who we've seen travelling through sea without a boat.
What for would Aokiji be searching for Punk Hazard? Instead Jeanbart has a motive...
