I need to learn quite fast PHP. I need a good book to read or a complete tutorial.
I know Java and HTML so far, but I think my knowledge is quite limited.

take a look at thenewboston tutorials on youtube...they're great and you can learn a lot from them + they explain a lot

IMO you learn easier while watching vids...
Php Reference: Beginner to Intermediate Php5 may be a good start. You can download the book in PDF format. Official PHP site is also a good place for a PHP manual.
I'll stick to the video tutorial. I'm more a watcher than a reader when it comes to these kind of stuff :P
Now to learn! :O
well I hope the tutorials are good enough...I saw only the other tutorials from them, but I hope you can learn a lot from these...:D
