The anime is somewhere in the Water 7 Arc right now. They are either still on the train or have already reached the government island, whatever it is called. So there isn't much that needs spoilertagging...

To be more precise, anime now is at that place where they chase after Puffing Tom on Rocketman. Zorro sliced the last two waggons full with Marines and Government agents the last episode, and the next episode will be his clash with T-bone.
Note: that's according to released RAWs. Don't know about subbed releases.

i missed some of that arc and now his powers confuse me
The rumble balls aren't explained in the Water Seven arc, it was the Drum Empire arc, while they were on the way to Alabasta... His 4 new forms are shown in that chapter, and i believe it is explained too that he cannot use two rumble balls. As we have seen, using two will mess up his Devil Fruit power even more and he will not be able to change forms as easily...Spoiler show

I can't tell the exact chapter, but it's the Skypie Arc, fight between Enel and Luffy on the Maxim already. If I'm not wrong it was something at the end of 2nd hunderd of chapters, beginning of third hundred.Quote:
