Sokatsui. Byakuya makes it look cooler and stronger than what it actually is. I would have voted Aizen's Dankuu.

Shinji Hirako's Sakanade. Although there are some other pretty hax and powerful Zanpakutou up here. Sakanade's usefulness in battle has yet to be peaked.
