December 17, 2012 03:57 PM
The best movie in my opinion is The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. The animation and voice acting are top notch, the story constantly has you on your toes, and the soundtrack is great; with all of...
December 17, 2012 03:54 PM
The best plot twist, in my opinion, would be this: Magical Girls turning into Witches in Puella Magi In a show that throws something new at you each week, this was totally unexpected.
December 17, 2012 03:49 PM
I nominate Evangelion for best classic; even today, there are little to no anime that can match it in terms of characters and overall darkness.
December 17, 2012 03:46 PM
I nominate Code: Breaker for most disappointing of 2012. The animation could be better, the character designs need some work, and the fact that it diverged from the manga basically from episode 1 is...
December 17, 2012 03:44 PM
My vote would have to go to Kyoto Animation; in my opinion, their shows always have the cleanest character designs, nicest backgrounds, and some of the best shows period!
December 17, 2012 03:42 PM
I nominate Zenkichi from Medaka Box for being the absolute definition of Badass Normal.
December 17, 2012 03:35 PM
I nominate Kanon for best drama, seeing as no other anime has been able to give me such empathy as this one.
December 17, 2012 03:28 PM
I'd like to nominate episode six of Little Busters!. The completion of Komari's route was done in a way that was extremely touching and made me want to cry out of joy.
December 17, 2012 03:23 PM
The only logical choice here is Higurashi When They Cry; no other show has made me scared enough to think that one of the psychos would come up and stab me from behind... is there someone behind me?
December 17, 2012 03:19 PM
I nominate Magi for its wonderful twist on a classic story that has become a favorite for anime/manga fans all over the internet.
December 17, 2012 03:14 PM
For me, Chata's Big Dango Family will always be great because of its childish nature and overall sweetness.

I nominate Azumanga Daioh for always being able to make me relax and laugh because of things that aren't a big deal at all.
December 17, 2012 03:06 PM
For best anime 2012, I vote for Chuunibyou. For people like me who used to be like some of those characters, you can sort of reconnect with yourself from the past while laughing over one of their...
December 17, 2012 03:03 PM
My vote will have to be for Puella Magi Madoka Magica on account of its plot, characters, and Evangelion-esque genre deconstruction.
December 17, 2012 03:00 PM
I nominate BLOODY STREAM by Coda; the song aside, the mixture of CGI and 2D has created something truly awesome.

December 17, 2012 02:52 PM
I nominate Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure; his evil is responsible for over 100 years of villainy in not one, but two dimensions! Also, the man WRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYlly knows how to have...
December 30, 2011 04:58 PM
Really? I always thought otherwise because the volumes always say that Stan Lee came up with it and Takei's the one making a story, but I guess that makes sense.
December 30, 2011 02:04 PM
Actually, Stan Lee's just credited for coming up with the idea, Takei actually does the drawing and writing, so it's probably just from decreased sales and Takei having other stuff.
December 18, 2011 05:07 PM
I nominate when the Kraken punches Wadatsumi in chapter 606 of One Piece for funniest moment.
Absolutely nothing made it look like it was gonna happen, and it just looks so darn funny!!! Every...
December 18, 2011 04:58 PM
I nominate Kabuto from Naruto for Best Villain.
This guy started out as a minor character, but without anyone realizing it, became a main antagonist with extremely powerful abilities. If that's...
December 18, 2011 01:51 PM
I can't believe that Bakuman isn't already nominated for slice of life.
The duo that brought us Death Note constantly provides us with views into the world that creates what brought us all here...
December 18, 2011 01:48 PM
I agree with that nomination!
December 18, 2011 01:47 PM
I nominate Yu-Gi-Oh!'s Seto Kaiba for Best Male Support.
When it comes to how a support character should act, Kaiba really knows how to "Screw the Rules"! :)
December 18, 2011 01:43 PM
December 18, 2011 01:37 PM
That actually won last year. I would like to nominate Ginjou actually being a bad guy in Bleach for best plot twist.
He was introduced as an ally an acted as such for most of this arc, so his...
December 18, 2011 01:29 PM

February 12, 2011 01:41 PM
I think that since it's a Japanese thing, they'll want it written in Japanese.
February 05, 2011 12:05 AM
According to the Jump website(http://shonenjump.com/e/manga-shou/treasure.html), you need to submit a 31/45 page story manga or a 15/19/31 page gag manga. It's probably implied that the manga has to...
February 04, 2011 04:13 PM
I'd imagine that to be the only way.
February 04, 2011 12:09 PM
You're really submitting something to Treasure?!?! Awesome!!!!:XD:XD:XD
What's your story about?
October 23, 2010 05:57 PM
You know this is the Weekly Shonen Sunday thread, right? All of those manga are in Weekly Shonen Magazine. ...That's better.
October 23, 2010 08:12 AM
I think it's like an art book or something.
September 13, 2010 02:03 PM
I agree with that; the whole cast shouldn't have been fully shown at the end, but at the beginning. But despite that, it's pretty good and seems better than some of 2010's other manga.
