My vote would have to go to Kyoto Animation; in my opinion, their shows always have the cleanest character designs, nicest backgrounds, and some of the best shows period!

I nominate Zenkichi from Medaka Box for being the absolute definition of Badass Normal.

Actually, Stan Lee's just credited for coming up with the idea, Takei actually does the drawing and writing, so it's probably just from decreased sales and Takei having other stuff.
