Personally, I find the best place to get Manga is The Evil Empire. They've got a huge collection and you only need to have made about 10 posts to gain access.

This is about as Shounen as CLAMP go, but they still habitually put in enough Shoujo elements to make it sit on the Shoujo end of the borderline.

Fuji Syuusuke, from Tennis no Ohjisama. He's easily the hottest man I've ever seen, especially in tennis shorts. :eyeroll
