I think that matzik1212 misunderstanding can come from the fact that two different translation exist of the chapter.

The first chapter was released the 8th of October 2010, so more or less 44 weeks.

Chapter 39 should be released tomorrow so 39 chapters in 44 weeks is not what I will call taking it easy. And 3 of the not released 5 chapters come from the work related trip to France.
