    Viz is guilty of this with Sunday series as well. One of their most recent SS licenses was Togari of all things. It got canned in the magazine after 8 tankobons and a completely unresolved storyline....

    That's "Akira" by Shiro Otsuka. He did "Marine Hunter" in Shonen Sunday last year which was an interesting, but short lived series akin to "Water World". I wrote a wiki for it if you're curious....
