Engetsu released has fire on the blade and tassels. When Isshin performed GT on White, there wasn't fire on the blade or tassels. Also, the energy wasn't drawn like fire.

He did no such thing. He popped in, made a bad joke, and Getsuga Tenshou'd White. He never released Engetsu. He also didn't release it when he first performed it on Chrysalis Aizen either.
