I kinda disagree, there is so much going on right now, and so much more info to find out as well.

3. Team Hebi vs. Kisame

I believe the movie may have two plots going on, a naruto story and a Sasuke Story, were one story effects the other, like a pulp fiction or a guy ritchie movie. So maybe they have the same mission...
