Moria's arms and hands are just the same as Dory compared to Luffy.
WB is nowhere near a Giant.
He's the same size as Duval, Aphealandra and The Franky Destroyers.

His upperbody has the same size as the upperbodies of the other Giants and Kuma.... well, he is just....weird.

He's a Giant it's just that his lower body part is a lot smaller than normal.

I ment that by frozing the sea WB's fleet would be neutralised, not that it would freez them all.
