    if u see the size of the raw that i gave, that is the resolution of the raws that they use for scanlation and take note that you shouldnt abuse using topaz
    coz there are some cleaners that i saw...

    hmmn just level it and dodge some dust on the parts that should be white it might take a lot of effort but the result is good :)

    there is no reason for you to use topaz on that kind of page that you are working with
