I like how it was emphasized that, unlike the manga chapter where the translation was unclear, that Sasuke wasn't too strong. Naruto just said he couldn't defeat Sasuke like he did Nagato 'like that'.

I saw the animation more of Guren Lagann, especially in Pain's...expressions at some points. Not FLCL, but Gurren Lagann. And that's a good thing. Just wish Six-Tailed Naruto had darker red chakra.
