I really didn't want to see your request go unanswered, so I started working on this yesterday. With the help of a discerning eye, a good dictionary and a bit of intuition, I was able to translate one of the pages. I'll start working on the author's comments later on, but I'm tired tonight. The hardest part was determining the kanji, not the translation itself.
Anyways, here's the first translation without the title ribbon completed. I'll edit in the title ribbon text later in bold. Here you go:

Alright, thanks for the high quality image. I'll start working on that one tomorrow and afterwards, I'll do the other volume one image.

Summary for Black Bird author SAKURAKOJI Kanoko's new manga series Last Notes anyone mind translating
These pages are from Junjou Romantica volume 15 act.27
I tried to translate it using the google translator, so I typed the characters.
Characters and context:
Takahashi Misaki (The black-hair boy): In this scene, he's a cleverness student taking particular classes intended to entry into economy's department at T university. He is a fan of a manga called 'The☆Kan'.
Usami Akihiko (The white-hair guy): His nickname is Usagi. He's a super rich novelist and also Misaki's particular teacher. He's best friend of Misaki's brother, Takahiro Takahashi.
Thanks in advance!
Please, ignore the post. I found the translation. Sorry about the mistake.
