Just a comment - Though the 2nd image is in Japanese, the first one seems Chinese. The first 3 letters are "Vol. 4" and the last 2 are "to be continued" in image 1.

Yeah, I'm sorry I didn't explain. The first one came from a Chinese translation of a manga (Mozuya-san Gyakujousuru), the second one from the Japanese edition of Natsunokumo's 5th volume. Thanks for the info on the first one!

I don't want to make a thread just because of this phrase, so I decide to do it here. I'm a little confused with the いつでもできた part. If it's present form, then it'd be an easy one, but since it's "could" (past tense) with "at any time", it kinda makes me a little confused as to what exactly does he mean. Can someone help me out with this, please? Thanks.

"could" (past tense) -----> could have (past particle)

You could have blamed it on someone else at any time.

edit: you could add "if you wanted to" at the end.

First, make sure you pay attention to the difference between つ and っ, as well as よ and ょ. The correct spellings are ひっつく and ちょっと.
