Great episdoe but next week's episode look so damn good with Grimmjow kicking Ichigo's ass. My only complain from this epsidoe is that those damn mod souls ruined the flavor of the battle between Renji and Grantz. I just hope next week's episode just continue to show them beaten in the floor with no talking from them. That would be great.

Indeed, then Mod-Souls' existence has become cacophanous now that we're in a canon storyline. I'd rather not see them anymore, since the only reason I liked them during the fillers is because so many other filler characters were just dull, uninspired stereotypes.

In regards to next week's animation, I'm shocked that we've gotten 3 episodes like that in less than 2 months. It's awesome.

I concur in full. A great episode and the next seems so too, but the addition of filler-canon to canon-canon leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Definitely. I know they're doing it to buy time, but it doesn't work if it isn't very interesting. And Claude running around for 5 minutes before all 3 got owned definitely wasn't.

I still thought the episode was good, overall, but I'm looking forward to next week more.

what do you expected sit there and watch if the mod soals were killed by grantz that willbe the end of that. They did want they were ment to do.
