If I was El Presidente...
1. Legalize death duelling.
2. Legalize abortions of all kinds.
3. Legalize all forms of intoxicants.
4. Legalize all weapons.
5. Make marriages of any kind illegal to bring down the divorce rate.
6. Make the vice president wear a bear costume to give him something to do.
7. Make the creation of terrible movies like The Hulk or Gigli an offense punishable by
death.
