for now i'd say Goku, but if Ichigo conteniues his way of living like the past 6-7 months Goku will be dwarfed in comparison, Ichigo got WAY WAY more happening in a short time.
Im not sure if we can call Spc moves beating, both yes and no i'd say, yes you are beated, but no you didn't get it the traditional way...
Still GOku also died from Sickness, That kind of stuff havn't happend to Ichi though that can't really be counted as a beating either...
Personally, I think it's Zoro. He has a scar going from his shoulder to his kidney/something else area. Even the next villain said "WTF is that."
Goku never took a beating for some of his deaths, did he? Wasn't he vaporised by an exploding Buu? That can't hurt that much right? It you got hit by an atom bomb, you wouldn't feel anything supposedly.

Reason: There was the word "like."
Guts from Berserk most definitely, he gets multiple broken bones on many occasions, has had an eye riped out and an arm cut off, and endless scars all over his body
A hospital could just have his as their only patient and they'd make a fortune
As it happens i'm a huge fan of bleach, naruto and dbz, but i wouldn't say goku has taken more damage than ichigo, at least if we look at the damage in proportion. However Kubo seems to draw a lot more blood in his manga than toriyama does which complicates the issue. goku can obviously handle a lot more damage than ichigo, but we must remember the damage in both his deaths was not deliberate by a villain, both times goku died was because he sacrificed himself. On a side note zolo (one piece) is one hard bastard, he gets struck down by that mihawk guy and then still stands at arlong park and fights, despite those injuries.
Souichiro Nagi and Bob Makihara from Tenjou Tenge? Anyone? I mean they never even won a fight. (Even though they left the anime kinda just hanging there...) I remember when they got their asses kicked by Tsutomu Ryuuzaki from the Enforcement Group. Then by many other people.
I was going to say Urashima Keitaro. He's launched into space, or through several walls multiple times in each episode of the anime. Almost always by either Naru or Motoko, although other charecters are capable of doing this to him as well.
Well, Goku's repeated deaths put him pretty clearly at the top in terms of the sheer number of deadly beatings he took but those beating weren't the most severe in terms of brutality.
When it comes to taking the most brutal beatings I'd call Clare from Claymore the winner(seems kind of funny to call this a win). She had both her legs cut off at shin level, one arm cut off at the shoulder and the hand on the other arm cut off at the wrist. All of that i should mention was just in one fight!! Apart from that she has been impaled far more times than i can count and had her legs smashed. All i can say about all that is....ouch.
