Helmeppo and Coby are both going to master Haki according to this chapter, and they both want to become Marine Admiral. So we know for sure two of the future Admirals. That's great that Oda gave the dialogue of the Coby/Helmeppo mini-story.

I'm looking forward to seeing the next chapter of the Green Data Book !

Yup, Coby and Helmeppo going to be huge marines some time in the future. I don't think that Helmeppo can actually become an Admiral, but maybe Rear Admiral or Vice Admiral.

It's just a dream for them. No way they' ll become Admirals or even Vice- Admirals without DF and even with them it won't be any time soon. Maybe it would be in the end of the manga, butwhen Luffy finds One Piece there will be a huge war and they can also turn against WG.

How can you be so sure of that? Devil Fruits aren't a requirement for high ranks, while Haki is so much more. We've seen many VA being swordwman without fruit powers. And as it seems Garp is one without either.

http://www.s-manga.net/newcomic/future/ I don't know if it is a databook or a novel, but if it is a databook hopefully it will go back to the format that was present in the Blue and Yellow databooks (character data, devil fruit and fighting styles information). Green was a good book but it read more like a recap of part one of the story (plus throwing in tidbits of information that readers may of missed the first time around) plus rough sketches on several of the main characters. If it is a databook, I hope it covers the Thriller Bark arc to the end of the Fishman Island arc with character information and revealing names of unnamed characters and devil fruit. It seems a bit to early to release a databook on the New World, since as of the last chapter the Straw Hats just entered the New World. But maybe it will also cover unreleased information that happened in between the time-skip (such as how Zoro lost his left eye and how Chopper can use his additional transformations with out the use of a Rumble Ball and how he was able to develop the Kung-Fu Point).

It was confirmed on last chapter (656) that the fifth One Piece Databook will go on sale on March 2nd. The name will be One Piece Blue Deep Databook.

Judging by the title under Blue Deep it will be a continuation of the Blue databook and with pictures of the Straw Hats and Jinbe post time-skip it will probably cover the Fishman Island arc. Hopefully we'll get names of previously unnamed characters (the remaining Giant Squad members) and devil fruits (such as Marco's and the Demon Guards').
