Yes, but remember that Sakata maybe didnt notice that his powers returned...maybe he didnt know some of the functions of Gantz.

he should have noticed cause on Oni mission he said that his organs went broke, and it wasnt hes first mission.

or maybe Sakata was scared and wanted to be protected, but thats not his style.

I think that it is indeed just another plot hole Oku created by mistake.

Why should Sakata be any different than the politician with cancer? You know?

, he did notice in the Oni mission, just when he used his powers, but before he used his powers in that mission(he used them for the first time in that mission killing the Oni), he didnt know that they were back...thats my theory.

We dont know exactly the sensation of Sakata having his organs in that state, maybe he didnt feel anything unlike Goro Suzuki and his Cancer...

He went to the doctor after the Tae Kojima mission, and before the Oni mission..he said that his powers dissapeared in the Oni mission.

Before this mission there wasnt any problem.

Well he said his organs were like an old mans, that doesnt mean he cant use them. He just has to concentrate more to use it like before. Hence the nose bleeding that easily occurs with him & cherry.

If he keeps using them he will probably not be able to use them. I wonder whatd happen if they kill him in the real world & revive him after a mission. If he'd be healthier or not.

If you go to Gantz(before a mission or after a mission) your body would be copied in a perfect state.

If Sakata dies after a mission, he would be copy in a perfect state...if someone wants to bring that kind of person again.

We got that I think, we were just saying that since Sakata has been in Gantz for a while now, his organs might be back to their original state, or even worse now.

Eh, it's not as simple as that. He meant that there was a lot of wear and tear on them due to him using his psychic powers over a length of time.

then tell me how that old man who died from cancer got to that room,he died from his own age and his life is over and thats that and then he comes back to the room, then that means it that its only a mistake by Oku and all cause he got cancer from old age to.

Cancer isn't the same as old age.

well we cant determine if his organs were worn out to how they are now or if his powers actually caused him to age internally. i would call this a stalemate for now.
