Ask me some questions ~
I'm bored. :/
When did Illuminati-Manga started?
Was it difficult at the beginning? And now? Do you like what you do? What would you wish for your team? and for your self?
Is it enough?
Well I'll try answering these before I get banned.Originally Posted by Luckas

It wasn't really difficult at the beginning because most of the people in the group weren't very good. Now, it's a little more difficult because I focus more on quality than anything.
I do like doing scanlations (Minus the bitching idiots).
What do I wish for my team... Uhh... Good health and stuff. Hopefully we'll live for another year.
For myself, I'll try not to drop out of school due to shitty teachers (ie I hope the school I go next week actually has real teachers)
It isn't enough ~
I'm bored. And since my group is well alive, ask me some questions. And uh, is it possible for me to make a big edit for the first post? It's kinda uh... umm... Very outdated.
My questions :
1) How did you manage to stay in the scanlation business for so long? Ever thought of giving it up?
2) Out of so many series you do, which is your favourite series?
3) What manga are you reading currently and why?
4) In the end, are you still studying now?
p.s. pls pm me the details for the edit
1- How? Uhh... I enjoy it. Once I stop enjoying it, I'll either take a vacation from it or just retire.
2- Full Metal Panic, previously Get Backers.
3- Majority of the projects my group does (Or that I work on for other groups) are the only mangas I read. Reason being I don't have time for anything else.
4- Yes. I should be done in very early January '08 if everything goes well.
Hey, first place congrats for your great work on Elfen Lied. It's really awsome. Now one question: do you have any plans for Allumage?
We do. As to when we'll start to do it, though, is a whole other question.
I think Anath (the project leader & coordinator) wants to do it when we're near the end of ELfen Lied.
lol you mean in 2020? >_>
ok ggpx i'm bored so.. questions..
1) how come people say you're a jerkwad/asshole etc?
2)why is your avatar a kitty? are you a kitty? >_>
3)do you get sick of people over appreciating EL and annoying you about its slow pace and telling you it's your only good project and to drop the rest?
<3 luv ed
lol you know i love you man >_>;; uh yeah XD is pretty gay .. but what about x3 and X3 and XP and XO and xS and X@ and XL those are all pretty gay too... :/
notice there's one kid on your site comments that starts every comment with :
Elfen Lied !!111!11!1!!!!
or some shit like that? yeah do you ever imagine what it would be like to kill him good?
Not really. :| (@ the EL-kid posting)
How do you decide which projects to pick-up?
Do you base the choice on the art, story or availability of staffers?
Same thing on the decision to drop a project. What's the criteria?
Does the reader base have a part in it? Keep doing a project you don't like because a lot of people get it from you?
Drop a project 'cause almost no one reads it and the staff would be best used on another project?
If I can think better questions... That'd mean I got smarter for some reason...
I base the choice mostly on two things. 1) If I find the series potentially interesting, and 2) If I have a translator for it.
To drop a project, well, it's just overall lack of interest in a project. There are some projects that I just get tired of working on, and leave them be for a few months. When I get back to them, they start to get fun again. Sometimes when I get back to a project, and it still isn't fun. If there's a general lack of interest in the group, then the project gets officially dropped with a news post on the site. Nothing is ever dropped unless we make notice of it.
I don't scanlate for leechers. However, if there's a lot of people who download your releases, it's a nice feeling. If they don't, eh, oh well. Too bad for them. They don't know what they're missing.
why do you think lq scanlations are a joke?
do you have a race preference in girls?
jessica alba or scarlet johannsen?
